Lower Bearing Housing Kit.
This kit comes with the lower bearing housing with sealed bearings installed and the bearing housing cap with seals and O-rings. Also included is the weld-on threaded bearing housing tube coupler (weldment). All threads on lower bearing system are left hand to prevent loosening due to shaft rotation.
*There are two options for the threaded weld-on bearing housing couplers (weldments). Choose correct one as check out.
-DOM Tube Build - This weldment slides inside of tube with the ID of 1.157 inches. This is the correct weldment for 1 3/8" 12 Gauge DOM tube with a wall thickness of 0.109". This is the best choice of tube if you are starting a build from scratch.
-Retro-fit old motor frame or water pipe build - This weldment slides inside pipe with an ID of 1 inch. This pipe generally has and OD of 1.32 inches and an ID of 1 inch. This is often the correct weldment if water pipe is being used or if the kit is being used to retro-fit an old motor with new bearing system.
* Note: This kit does not have the Revo-Clean feature.
